Soft Chocolate Minties

one 18.25 oz. dark chocolate cake mix
one large egg
1/3 cup water
8 oz. Mint Chocolate Buttons
1/4 cup softened butter

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cake mix, water, butter and egg in large bowl. Beat with mixer at low speed until moistened. Increase speed to medium and beat one minute. Dough will be very thick. Stir in Mint Chocolate Buttons with mixing spoon until well blended. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough 3 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cookies cool on the sheet for a couple of minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.

These are extremely easy to make, and, if not overcooked, nicely chewy.
