Chocolate Fudge English Pudding

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup light corn syrup

  • 1/4 cup Sunrise Baking Cocoa
1 cup self-rising flour

  • 3 eggs


Lightly grease a 2 quart heatproof glass bowl. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until well combined and smooth. Spoon into greased bowl, and level the top.

Microwave, uncovered, on high for about 5-6 minutes, longer for a low powered microwave or less for a high powered one, then cool for 5 minutes before unmolding. Serve immediately on a puddle of caramel sauce, Euphoria Ultra Chocolate Sauce or both.
