What is Euphoria Chocolate Company’s Ultra Sauce®?
Our Ultra Sauce® was created to grace today’s premium ice creams with an equally high-quality sauce. Because it’s a fresh, not canned, product, and it contains only superior, natural ingredients, it is extraordinary in taste and texture. We use dairy-fresh heavy cream and the highest quality chocolate to ensure the best sauce money can buy. We take extreme pride in the results!
Recipes Using Euphoria’s Ultra Sauce®
Hot Chocolate
Use approximately 2 tablespoons Ultra Sauce® per 1 cup milk. Heat in a saucepan or with a steamer for the best hot chocolate ever!
Glaze
Warm chocolate sauce to pouring consistency in a microwave or double boiler. Drizzle over pastries or cakes. Cool in refrigerator until set.
Fillings for Pastries/Cakes
In a mixing bowl, put Ultra Sauce® and an equal amount of fresh whipping cream (i.e. ½ cup of each). Beat until fluffy. Both cream and sauce should be refrigerated but not frozen.
As a Fondue
Heat Ultra Sauce® (in a microwave or double boiler) until warm. Place in chafing dish or ceramic fondue pot over low heat. Dip chilled fruits (bananas, mandarin oranges, pitted cherries, apples, or pineapple) in the sauce. You may also roll dipped fruits in grated coconut, chopped nuts, toasted rice, etc., for additional texture.
Make Your Own Truffles!
Form small balls of cold Ultra Sauce® with a spoon or melon baller, shaping quickly with the fingertips if necessary. Roll in cocoa, powdered sugar, or ground nuts and store in a refrigerator until ready to serve.
