Shipping policy
Orders totaling $75 or more in product, after applicable discounts, qualify for free shipping. Please note that free shipping is unavailable during summer months (typically May/June through August/September) due to the additional handling, packaging, and temperature-control constraints of shipping temperature-sensitive/perishable items.
Not applicable to cold/perishable products such as Classic Truffles and Ultra Sauce.
Separate orders, or orders with multiple delivery addresses, may not be combined to qualify for free shipping.
Our paper void fill is recyclable at curbside.
SUMMER/HOT WEATHER SHIPPING:
During warmer months, all Classic Truffles and Ultra Sauce orders ship via Overnight, 2-, and 3-day service only. In cooler months, Ground, 3-day, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping options are available. In extreme heat (90°F or higher), orders may be automatically upgraded to Overnight shipping and packed with additional ice to help protect your items.
WEATHER RECOMMENDATIONS:
We recommend checking your local weather before placing an order. When temperatures exceed 85°F, Overnight shipping is strongly recommended. If you choose 2- or 3-Day shipping, you can add extra ice packs at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders shipped without recommended/additional protection in warm or hot conditions are at greater risk and are not eligible for replacement due to heat-related damage.
OVERNIGHT ORDERS:
Orders received after 3PM PST Monday through Wednesday ship the next day for Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping services.
Orders received Thursday through Sunday ship the next business day, typically Monday. This is to ensure that perishable items are not stuck in transit on a hot truck over a weekend.
Overnight shipping is the best option during warm weather and may be required for perishable items during summer months.
2- and 3-DAY SHIPPING:
This option is best suited for cooler weather, and adding extra ice packs is recommended when temperatures exceed 85°F.
Orders shipped without recommended/additional protection in warm or hot conditions are at greater risk and are not eligible for replacement due to heat-related damage.
GROUND SHIPPING:
Ground shipping for Classic Truffles and Ultra Sauce is available only during cooler months and is best for mild or cool temperatures. It is not offered for Classic truffles and Ultra Sauce during warm weather and is strongly discouraged for all other products shipped during summertime unless additional ice is added.

ICE PACKS:
Classic Truffles and Ultra Sauce always ship with ice.
All orders shipped during warmer seasons include ice packs to help maintain product quality during transit.
When temperatures reach 85°F or higher, we recommend adding additional ice packs at checkout ($3.99 per 2-pack), especially when selecting 2- or 3-Day shipping.
