   Vanilla Spice – Dark chocolate is infused with the warming flavor of vanilla then enrobed in gourmet dark chocolate. It is topped with Red Alaea Sea Salt from Hawaii that enhances the rich dark chocolate and the sweet fruitiness of vanilla.

   Crème Mint – A silky white chocolate ganache with mint oil is enrobed in dark chocolate and finished with white chocolate stripes.

   Raspberry Fruit Truffle – Oregon-grown dried raspberries are added to a dark chocolate ganache that is enrobed in dark chocolate and topped with raspberry crumbles.

   Syrah – Dark chocolate ganache and velvety Syrah combine to create a dark chocolate ganache that showcases the best of both ingredients. The ganache is enrobed in dark chocolate then striped with creamy milk chocolate.

2. Do the Dark Assortment truffles need to be refrigerated? No, our gift box truffles remain fresh at room temperature.
3. How long do they last? Always start by checking the best-by dates, but our gift box assortments are typically dated for up to about 9 months from date of manufacture.
4. Can I store them past the best-by date? Yes! If you want to extend the shelf-life of our truffles beyond their best-by date, we recommend double-bagging for moisture protection; once they're wrapped, they can be frozen until you're ready for them! Then, simply allow them to thaw for 24 hours in a refrigerator before taking them out of their double-bag.
5. Can chocolate truffles be shipped? Yes! They will be shipped with ice and insulated packaging during the warmer months.
