1. What truffles are in the Crème Maison gift boxes?

   Crème Mint – A silky white chocolate ganache infused with mint oil is enrobed in dark chocolate and finished with white chocolate stripes.

   Crème Milk – A luxuriously smooth milk chocolate ganache is enrobed in milk chocolate creating a perfectly balanced truffle.

   Peach Fruit Truffle – Creamy white chocolate ganache is infused with Oregon-grown Harvest Pride peaches, enrobed in white chocolate, and topped with dried peaches.

   Raspberry Fruit Truffle – Oregon-grown dried raspberries are added to a dark chocolate ganache that is enrobed in dark chocolate and topped with raspberry crumbles.

   Cherry Fruit Truffle – Oregon-grown dried Montmorency cherries are infused into a dark chocolate ganache, enrobed in dark chocolate and topped with dried cherry crumbles.

   Vanilla – Dark chocolate is infused with the warming flavor of Mexican vanilla, then enrobed in gourmet dark chocolate and topped with Red Alaea salt from Hawaii.

2. Do the Choice Assortment truffles need to be refrigerated? No, our gift box truffles remain fresh at room temperature.
3. How long do they last? Always start by checking the best-by dates, but our gift box assortments are typically dated for up to about 9 months from date of manufacture.
4. Can I store them past the best-by date? Yes! If you want to extend the shelf-life of our truffles beyond their best-by date, we recommend double-bagging for moisture protection; once they're wrapped, they can be frozen until you're ready for them! Then, simply allow them to thaw for 24 hours in a refrigerator before taking them out of their double-bag.
5. Can chocolate truffles be shipped? Yes! They will be shipped with ice and insulated packaging during the warmer months.
6. Why is this called the Choice Assortment? This assortment represents the most popular truffles we offer across various product lines. We made sure it included milk, dark, and white chocolate so that we could try to make something that appealed to all palettes, regardless of chocolate preference.
