- 5 cups of popped popcorn
- 1/3 brown sugar
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chipotle
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs Euphoria Chocolate Sunrise Baking Cocoa
Cut parchment paper to fit a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place popcorn in a large bowl. Melt everything except Euphoria Chocolate Sunset Sweetened Cocoa in a pan until bubbly. Approximately 4-5 minutes. Pour over popcorn and mix. Pour into baking pan and spread into the thinnest layer possible. Bake for 30 minutes until the popcorn is crispy. Take out of the oven and dust with the cocoa.
