S'mores Sliders


- 12 pack Hawaiian rolls, split horizontally

- 1/2 cup butter, melted

- 1 package Graham crackers

- 1 cup Euphoria Milk Chocolate Buttons

- 1 cup Euphoria Ultra Sauce

- 24 marshmallows

- 1 cup marshmallow cream (optional) 



Preheat oven broiler.

Drizzle half of the butter over cut side of bread (tip: slice bread rolls while still all attached for easiest assembly). 

Place rolls on baking sheet and broil briefly on middle rack 1-2 min until lightly roasted. 

Remove from oven.

Divide graham crackers in half; crush half of crackers in a plastic bag to rough crumbs.

Place whole crackers on bottom half of toasted rolls. 

Top with marshmallows and return to broiler for 30 seconds (be careful not to scorch!)

Remove from oven and reduce temp to 375F. 

Top marshmallows with half of melted Ultra Sauce and all Chocolate Buttons.

Spread toasted roll tops inside with marshmallow cream and place over sliders. 

Brush remaining butter over top. 

Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter and return s'mores sliders to oven for 10 min until melty and golden brown on top.

Remove from oven and drizzle remaining chocolate sauce over top.

Serve while warm.
