Meet our new Marionberry Truffle — a limited release made with one of Oregon's most coveted ingredients. Oregon produces 90% of the world's Marionberries, a berry so particular about where it grows and so complex in flavor it's been called the Cabernet of blackberries. We paired that complex, juicy Oregon sweetness with our signature chocolate to create something that tastes unmistakably like the Pacific Northwest. Rich, layered, and local to the core.

FAQs:

  1. Are the Marionberry truffles gluten-free? Yes!
  2. Do the Marionberry truffles need to be refrigerated? Yes, ideally all Classic truffles should remain at a temperature between 38 and 42 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. How long do they last? With proper refrigeration, our Classic truffles are dated for 2-3 weeks due to their heavy cream content.
  4. Can I store them past 30 days? Yes! We recommend double-bagging your Classic truffles for moisture protection; once they're wrapped, they can be frozen until you're ready for them! Then, simply allow them to thaw for 24 hours in a refrigerator before taking them out of their double-bag.
  5. Can Marionberry truffles be shipped? Yes! All of our Classic truffles can be shipped, BUT they MUST be shipped either overnight or second-day air to maintain freshness. They will be shipped with ice and insulated packaging.
  6. What makes it taste like Marionberry? The chocolate ganache core is infused with marionberry juice to bring the unique flavor to life. It is then topped with powdered blackberry.
  7. What percentage of dark chocolate is the Marionberry truffle? The Marionberrry truffle is a blend of milk and 60% dark chocolates.
  8. What are Marionberries? Marionberries are a type of blackberry developed in Oregon. The berry was a result of experiments to create a better blackberry. The berries are conical in shape, longer than they are wide, and appear dark purple in color. Marionberries have a tart, earthy sweetness.
  9. Who is the Marionberry truffle best for? Fruit lovers, people who want something unexpected, native Oregonians, and Marionberry enthusiasts!
