   Blueberry Wine – blueberry wine, fresh cream and creamy milk chocolate ganache is enrobed in milk chocolate and finished with powdered freeze-dried blueberries.

   Blackberry Wine – blackberry wine, fresh cream and creamy milk chocolate ganache is enrobed in exquisite dark chocolate and finished with powdered freeze-dried blackberries.

   Raspberry Wine – raspberry wine, fresh cream and creamy milk chocolate ganache is enrobed in exquisitely rich dark chocolate and finished with powdered freeze-dried raspberries.

2. Do the Berry Wine Assortment truffles contain alcohol? No, our wine truffles do not contain any alcohol by volume. Technically speaking, the alcohol is 'cooked out' during the creation of these truffles, so they will not give you a 'buzz.' However, since they are made with wine, alcohol-sensitive individuals may still want to exercise their own discretion prior to consuming.
3. Do the Berry Wine Assortment truffles need to be refrigerated? No, our assortment box truffles remain fresh at room temperature.
4. How long do they last? Always start by checking the best-by dates, but our truffle box assortments are typically dated for up to about 9 months from date of manufacture.
5. Can I store them past the best-by date? Yes! If you want to extend the shelf-life of our truffles beyond their best-by date, we recommend double-bagging for moisture protection; once they're wrapped, they can be frozen until you're ready for them! Then, simply allow them to thaw for 24 hours in a refrigerator before taking them out of their double-bag.
6. Can chocolate truffles be shipped? Yes! They will be shipped with ice and insulated packaging during the warmer months.
