Euphoria Pots de Cremes (Winter 2025)

INGREDIENTS:
3 Euphoria Chocolate Co. Portland Dark Chocolate Bars2 cups heavy cream
(for a slightly sweeter flavor, substitute 1 cup of coconut milk for 1 cup of cream)
3 egg yolks
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chop the Portland Bars and place in blender. Set aside.Place cream, egg yolks, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat and whisk to combine ingredients. Continue to whisk continuously until the mixture begins to bubble and is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Pour the hot mixture into the blender with the chocolate. Add vanilla and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into individual ramekins and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or until set.
Let the Euphoria Pots de Creme sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving (to soften).
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, and top however you choose! Fruit, chocolate shavings, or chopped nuts all make beautiful and delicious toppings.
