I've been a fan of Euphoria chocolate for decades....I used to "trot for truffles" around valentine's day each year when I lived in Eugene. I hoard my chocolate buttons but share occasionally. Best stored in freezer.

A taste of heaven
This dark chocolate is pure ambrosia, which the buttons let you savor. I especially like the 70% dark chocolate because it's more of the chocolate and less of the sugar.
lovely and lucious
I live near San Francisco and thus have to order online. The effort it takes is totally worthwhile. This chocolate is lucious, creamy and delicious. One small note is that I wish the wafers were a bit smaller. I would feel less guilty if I enjoyed three smaller ones vs three larger ones. They would rest better on the tongue as well. Small critique as the quality is definitely there and I'm a chocolate snob, preferring Belgian and French. Thank you.
