Syrah is a dark skinned grape grown in the drier, warmer climate of southern Oregon. Syrah grapes make a dry, jammy red wine that pairs well with dark chocolate. These truffles start with dark chocolate ganache blended with Oregon Syrah wine, and are dipped in dark chocolate with a stripe of milk chocolate on top.
